So you want to get ripped fast. Well it will not happen. Obviously you will notice just a little difference in fourteen days, but you are never going to be completely ripped by exercising for two weeks. So instead I'll talk about what you can do in your first two weeks to get going building muscle.
First, start the right diet. Eat lots of proteins and carbs, but get them to healthy. Eat plenty of chicken and potatoes and things like that. It also helps to eat protein bars or protein shakes. I do not take any supplements since the long term effects can be harmful for you. Natural stuff works best and is good for you, so that is what I use.
Second come up with a workout routine. You may make up your own or locate one somewhere. There is lots of B.S. available though, so be cautious. If you can't get to a gym that you can do things as easy as pushups and pull-ups. They are great for building upper body strength and can be done almost anywhere.
Third, you have to make sure you stick to your routine and diet. This is the number one problem with anyone trying to work out. Usually people get all looking forward to a workout routine and when they realize that it is going to take some hard work, they stop. Well sorry to burst your bubble, but gaining muscle mass does take work, also it won't take place in two weeks, at least not completely.
